Kingsway Consulting first achieved Putting the Customer First in April 2005, and in April 2007 the Kingsway Team are proud to announce that the company, again, successfully achieved the quality assurance accreditation.
Putting the Customer First is the quality assurance framework for organisations that provide publicly-funded business support services (e.g. funded through Regional Development Agencies, Objective One or Two, Small Business Service, Business Links).
Customer First has been developed as a means of assessing the quality of business support provision and building the capacity of the provider base. Compliance with the Customer First Framework has been designed as a guaranteed quality requirement for any provider offering a publicly funded support service.
